Chris & Sofie Smucker
Chris and Sofie serve as lead pastor / elder and elder at New Life Church. Prior to stepping into these roles in 2020, they served on the leadership team as elders since 2009.
They live in New Holland, PA with their 4 children.
Richard & Tahnya Lapp
Richard and Tahnya Lapp have attended New Life Church since the beginning. They are parents to eight wonderful children between the ages of three and fifteen. As elders, they find it very fulfilling when they see evidence of Jesus actively leading and building His church. They see and are excited about New Life growing in its ability to bless and serve the community and one another.
Phil & Jessica Lapp
Phil and Jess Lapp serve on the leadership team as elders, as well as serving in Kid’s Church ministry and leading a home group on home church Sunday.
They live in New Holland, PA with their 5 children.
Our Administration
Anne was born in Antwerp, Belgium and came to the United States to study at a Bible college. She has attended New Life Church since it started in 2008. Anne and her husband have three children between the ages of nine and thirteen.
Anne loves the transparency of New Life and the fact that people can just be real with each other. As a part of the administrative team, she enjoys being able to serve the church through helping everything run smoothly. She is the happiest when she sees God at work in her life, her kids’ lives, and everywhere else. In her free time she enjoys reading a good book and having a clean house makes her happy!
